What if two papers look too close together?
Make a single sheet with date, session, paper, start time, allowed calculator/materials, and who to contact. If you see a genuine timetable clash, tell your programme coordinator immediately; never assume you can reschedule an IB exam yourself. The official timetable notes that rescheduling requires authorization.
Questions that change the next step
Is the November IB timetable the same for every time zone?
The IB publishes session schedules with exam-zone instructions. Your own coordinator confirms the zone, reporting arrangements and allowed materials. Do not treat a timetable screenshot without zone context as your official arrival time.
Where can I find my exact IB examination date?
Start from the official DP exam-schedule page, select the May or November session, and match each registered subject, level and paper. Write down the PDF version and confirm the result with your school.
What if two of my papers appear to clash?
Contact your DP coordinator promptly. The school manages authorised arrangements under IB rules; students cannot independently move official exam sittings to a convenient time.
